Save the date for the 1st SEREN3 Training for stakeholders and NCPs on PCP/PPI in Secure Societies

We would like to kindly invite you to the 1^st SEREN3 Training for stakeholders on PCP/PPI in Secure Societies. It will be organized on the 1^st of Febraury 2017 in Brussels as an accompanying event to Security Mission Information & Innovation Group -SMI2G Conference 2017. The main objective of the training is to raise the awareness about PCP-PPI instruments in Security related calls (Secure societies & ICT) under Horizon 2020.

The main topics which will be addressed during the training are following:

• introduction to innovation procurement – state of play around Europe;
• funding opportunities in Horizon 2020 focus on Secure Societies and ICT Calls;
• about the EAFIP initiative;
• main steps in an innovation procurement;
• innovation procurement in the Security sector – PCP case examples and lessons learned.

The training will be addressed to the whole European “Secure societies” community (administration, entrepreneurs, researchers, end users and other interested parties).

Participation in the training will be free of charge.
